1. Quality & Production Bar
Every commit is verified against: Correctness, Ultra-low Memory (~7-8 MB binary, 38 MB RAM), Security boundaries (secret-path deny-list), and UI polish.

- Zero em-dash characters in code, comments, or documentation.
- Zero emojis in production code and internal logs.
- Absolute imports with
@/...on the frontend. - Package manager strictly enforced:
